SCHOOL PROFILE

          The School is about 3 Km from the Mandal Headquarters.  It is under the management of Zilla Praja Parishad (Local Body), which was bifurcated as a separate Non-Residential High School in the year of 2002.   The school imparts education for the classes VI to X, with single section for each class, in Telugu Medium of State Syllabus and is not using the school building as a shift-school.

          The School building (with two blocks) is a  building with RCC roof housed in a government building.  Five (5) class rooms are available for teaching 5 classes.   The school has one Toilet for girl children and one for female teachers.  The school has Tap water facility. There is no boundary wall.  The school has sufficient furniture for the students of classes tenth, ninth and eighth classes but there are requirement of furniture for classes sixth and seventh and for the Staff members also.  Laboratory is available with inadequate apparatus and equipment.  The school has wide range of nearly 900 books but it has no Library Room. Library room, laboratory room, staff room are required.  The School has computer lab and computers with two instructors.

          The school has 8 teaching staff under permanent establishment.  The school requires a Junior Assistant.  Out of 8 teaching staff 3 are OC, 5 are BC.  All the teachers have the good qualifications and all are professionally trained.  Some of them are Graduates and some are Post Graduates.  The School has the Physical Education Teacher for the benefit of children.  There is no temporary staff in the school.
